Something weird in the subtitles

I have turned the subtitles on and have noticed Arabic randomly showing up. This is something new I have seen a few times and not in every video.

I screenshotted it tonight and had google translate it. It says "What's wrong with you?"

That is not what was said in the video. In fact, it showed when nothing was being said.

Has anyone else seen this? What is it?
