Tik tok support ticket sucks. Oh

I’m from the uk and being a num nuts I made a tik tok account through the us region. The account got affected by the ban and I’m trying to recover it but the support system sucks by giving me the EXACT SAME INSTRUCTIONS EVERY TIME I TRY TO INTERACT WITH THESE BOTS. Idk if they are bots or don’t have the capacity to read. Every time I try to resolve this I lose brain cells. Does anyone have any past experience with this or know how to get through this.
