Deactivating an account post-ban

Hi guys!! Does anyone know if I will be able to deactivate my account and still be able to get back in? I know the app isn’t available on the app store anymore, so will it allow me to log into an account I essentially deactivated or logged out of? Im not deleting the app, just deactivating my account.
