i’m so aggravated, what’s the point in bringing the app back if you can’t download it or update it. i have so much stuff saved on there and i needed an upgrade. i’m not willing to pay for a vpn. i’m really just ranting but how frustrating 🙄
Technically the app isn't back. It's still banned. All the government did is agree not to enforce the ban, but the app is still illegal.
App stores won't host tiktok until they get a letter from a government official that hasn't been sworn in yet (can't remember his job title right now). This letter will legally promise that there will be no fines.
