I’ve noticed this too. I am seeing a lot of pro Trump comments that I used to never see. Unfortunately I think there is some changes to the algorithm that may not go back to normal. Maybe keep engaging with comments that resonate with you more?

Just ignore it. They have the freedom to say what they want. Tiktok can stop it if they want to. But why let it bother you? Obviously if its at you then that’s different. But some random comment on some dogshit social media app? Just ignore it.

since the 19th, it’s become eerily similar to Instagram reel’s algorithm (with an infamously bigoted and negative comment section that’s enough to ruin anyones day)

i hate to be that guy, but you saw the message after it came back. Tik Tok has become a propaganda machine and part of that is letting weirdo bigots say whatever they’d like, unchecked. unfortunately, that’s like… half of his sub nowadays is people saying “I can’t say (harmless comment), but they got away with calling me a slur?!”

it’s sick, it’s frustrating, and it’s blatant. and most of all, it’s unfair to someone minding their business.
