Losing followers with 700k views last 28 days

Hey everyone, I had my channel for almost 3 years, I have 1.2 million followers and the last stats were 700k views 20k like and -211 followers.
It's been like that for about a year now.. people comment on my videos, send emails with questions, buying my products but I'm not getting new followers.
Any advice?
