Have 1k followers and wish to use TikTok Live Studio, but I'm not a gamer

So I want to use TikTok Live studio to livestream my artwork, however I saw that only gamers with 1k followers can use them, and non-gamers need 10k!

However, I have seen other art streamers who stream on PC, and have less than 5K. I don't know what I did on tiktok, but I got this notification "Your application to go LIVE with LIVE Studio for 14 days has been approved. To keep access to LIVE Studio, comply with our Community Guidelines and the requirements to go LIVE with LIVE Studio."

What kind of application is there? Is there another way to go live without tiktok studio? Is there exceptions to an artist like me to get LiveStudio?
