What's the deal with violations

As I'm sure we've all seen, the comments left on videos can be outrageous. Some of the things said probably border on being actual crimes.

The really bad ones I report, but they always come back saying no violation found.

What the fuck are the rules here and how isn't it a violation. Are tiktok saying its OK to openly admit you want to commit sexual crimes against creators? Because they certainly don't think it goes against their guidelines, so I can only assume they support this kind of thing, right?

They have no accountability so why would they do anything? But I mean it’s words and you can delete it, block people, etc.

I got a violation for commenting “because China bought Trump” and “that’s idiotic”. I think we’re being groomed into only commenting nice things that governments & Elon like.

I once got a violation for explaining that ancient texts servived better in Egypt than Greece due to its dry desert climate.
