Auto logged out of my phone and worse

Woke up Saturday to my account logged out of my phone. Ok. I check my email and as you can see it looks a little scammy. I did not initiate that email. I was 100% asleep at 4:44 AM. I did not click on anything in that email. I do not remember my password. That is 100% on me, they should be able to use my email. Nope. It says my email has never been registered. I filled out a ticket explaining this, but they have not got back to me. I had a Google voice number attached to the account (again, this on me) but no longer have access to said number. How cooked am I?
