Does TikTok shop have a refund or counterfeit submission to get money back?

Random question, but on the Jan 21st I pulled the trigger on a couple of Pokemon booster boxes at what appeared to be a price too good to be true. I made this order as a test to see if product is legit. I am expecting it to be fraudulent just because of how cheap the prices are. One seller said something about TikTok subsidizing orders to compensate. That doesn’t make sense to me. Both test orders have been shipped but I haven’t gotten any other updates outside of that. They are supposed to arrive this week but I’m not confident they are legit. The major red flag is that one of the shops shut down. So I’m completely expecting that one to be fraud. When I went to ask customer service it was clearly a bot that couldn’t give me an answer I was looking for. Let me know what your guys experience has been within the tiktok shop
