Tiktok on a new Phone?

As the title suggests, I am getting a new phone and I do not want to easy-port everything over at all.

I want to start completely fresh.

Am I able to get the most current Tiktok on the new phone without porting the app over to it via easy-port?

I don't see Tiktok on the Google Play store, so I wasn't sure if there was a means to acquire it currently.
