How do I reach an English-speaking audience

Im mexicana, but most of my fyp is english media with a bit spanish media. However every time I post content clearly catered to english speakers, it flops because tiktok only recommends them to the latin american region. How can I change this? Since I'm consuming english media I should be able to push my videos to the english soeaking regions
