Is anybody else not getting notifications of posts from users you enabled notifications for?

I have a handful of TikTok accounts that I follow that I also want to get notifications for whenever they make a new post or go live. Even though they’re set to “all” and not “personalized” I only get notifications when they’re live. Anyone know any solutions?
