With all the new features like streaks and stuff my tiktok account doesn’t have them but my alt accounts made way after my main one do? What can I do to fix this?

I keep getting logged out & display screen goes back to a bright white. Messages taking forever to send. All day today I had comment violations so idk if my account is about to be banned or what
