Will tiktok transfer over onto new phone?

I have a samsung phone (zflip 4) that I busted up pretty good recently, I need to get it replaced but I'm worried about not being able to access tiktok. In the past when I've gotten a new phone all my apps redownload fine but I'm worried the tiktok ban will affect that since its not actually in the appstore anymore
