Tiktok reps?

I ordered a bag from tiktok live. I contacted them on whatsapp. The bag costs about 100$. Im curious, that have anyone actually bought something from these tiktok lives? Did they come? And how long it took to come? The staff were really nice to me, and they answer quickly to my massages. I got a receipt in my gmail from that bag. Can you guys tell me if you have any information or experience of these sellers?
