Blocking and scrolling does nothing. This has gone on since TikTok servers were reset.

You can reset your algorithm just go in and block Facebook Instagram Meta for some reason ever since they got accounts it’s messing people’s algorithm up don’t block because blocking messes it up as well. Do a search for the content that you want and then start liking sharing and commenting on them.

And right wingers see left wing stuff. The new algorithm is designed so that you continue to see opinions that do not conform to your own. It is good to see what others are saying that you disagree with.
In TikTok settings, look for free up space, clear the two caches, on your phone, mines an Android, look up apps, TikTok, storage and cache, clear the cache, not the storage one. Sometimes that helps reset you.
What's pretty ironic is that old people are MIGRATING to TikTok after Facebook and Instagram. What now? Snapchat, X or waiting for new social media platform app?
Long tap and pick “not interested” do it few times algorithm will pick up.
