Any idea what’s wrong with the promotion feature?

Sometimes I pay for my video to be promoted on the app using their promotion feature whenever I’m reviewing a product but lately it has been refusing to work. Everytime I try it says “payment failed”. Nothing is wrong with my bank and I’m using the same payment method as always. Is anyone else having this issue?
