"It's a Beet Root" Content creator

Hey, does anybody remember back in the very early days of Tik Tok (maybe even it was back when it was Musically), there was this content creator that said she had Tourette's Syndrome and she would randomly say "It's a Beet Root!"? She was fairly young, I don't think she was past her mid-twenties. Her skin tone makes me think she was of mixed heritage. And she was a painter by trade, I remember some of her posts were of her painting houses.

Does this sound familiar to me? I've googled till my eyes bleed, but it's like she's been scoured from the internet. Any info or tips towards the right direction would be much appreciated. Thank you!
