how do you choose an sound to post to?

I want to post my art online, and tiktok and Instagram reels are the best ways to grow nowadays.

How does one choose a sound/ music to post to? I've been looking through my feed to try to find a sound that i like that someone else has used but almost every sound is isn't licensed for commercial use?

deciding already feel overwhelming, but i can't even use most of the sounds other people are using! What do I do?
