Tiktok becoming Youtube with its ads is CRAAAAZYYY

By the grace of God I still have Tiktok on my ipad and I am not someone who comments on things. I am just a watcher, i heart things and I save things but that’s it. So I don’t really know or feel that TikTok changed a lot regardless of all the speculation I’ve been seeing but while I was watching a tiktok, in the middle of the tiktok, a little discreet timer at the hand right corner starting counting down a few seconds and said something like “an ad is about to begin” and I had to press “skip ad”…..

Now they’re going to be giving me Ad anxiety on TIKTOK??? This usually happens with YouTube but now TikTok? Why can’t we have anything good? Soon they’re gonna start doing DOUBLE ADS before moving on to the next scroll. I’m starting to believe it actually was sold over to Meta.
