FYP full of image carousel posts instead of videos?

Is anyone else having this issue out of nowhere this weekend? My fyp is mainly showing me image carousels instead of videos. The videos that are popping up have hardly any views and no comments. Any tips to reset my obviously messed up algorithm?

yess i was looking for a post like this. i’m going through the same thing it started a day ago out of no where. as i was scrolling the algorithm just slowly started changing to this type of content every single scroll, then if its not the carousels its the random videos with barely no likes.
