Why does my video keep uploading at such a low quality?

I made sure to shoot and edit the video in 1080p. I’m uploading one single video in 1080p and it looks blurry as hell after it’s uploaded. I download the already uploaded video to check the resolution and it’s showing (576 x 1024) instead of (1080 x 1920) why does it keep doing this
