Is there anything being done or any hope for the tiktok ban countdown?

Excited to see what app comes next! TikTok has not been the same, it’s time to move on

I deleted TT when they 1st shut it down. I use RedNote and it’s not as good, but I love the culture.

Honestly who cares, Tik tok isn’t even that special. Someone will come up with another app that will be popular just as they have always done. Remember vine? Or are you not old enough to remember that lol

As far as I’m aware Trump and his guys are trying to work out a deal where Bytedance only holds like 20% in the company BUT China has not only made it clear multiple times before they won’t sell, they recently made it evident all this boasting from Trump that the deal was close is BS and they’ll pull the plug. Rand Paul and Ro Khanna introduced legislation to stop the TikTok ban/divesture entirely but I haven’t heard of it since the day they announced it. Scared that Tom Cotton threw it out :/

It will probably get banned as well, but Red Note is fun and different.
