Does TikTok know when you spend more time on a video?

Hi all, I'm a new editor on TikTok. All of my posts are relatively the same length, but I feel like the amount of views a video gets is proportionate to the amount of times I think about offing myself while I edit the video. This came to fruition after my most recent edit is currently at 3.5k views after about 18 hours of being posted. I spent around 12 hours on the edit. All of my others get at max 600 views which tops out around 24 hours since the video was posted originally, each of which usually took around 5-6 hours to complete. Did I just so happen to get lucky or does the algorithm push videos that seem to have more effort put into them? Does TikTok just like that I'm posting more now? There is a noticeable quality difference between the videos.

Yeah it does, If I watch different types of videos than usual, it will then feed those kind of videos more
