What’s with all the part 1, 2, 3 videos?

I see many videos that are just rips of scenes from movies or tv shows. In the background I always hear an AI voice repeatedly going like “part 4, part 5, part 6”.

I know it’s likely an AI farm for views, but does anyone know anything else for what’s going on?
