Subscription renewal

(US user) I've had my subscription with my favorite on auto renew for many months. This month, the auto renewal did not process and indicates I'm no longer a subscriber. On the app, I was able to file an inquiry but a couple days in, no answer. Using my laptop and tiktok.com, there is no subscribe button, and there's nowhere I can look to see my subscription. Has anyone been able to stay a subscriber, or is this option gone until???

I was unable to subscribe to anyone due to the payment processing part of it not being up to date since the banning , I assume they haven’t gotten it operational yet , I thought you could possibly use your balance to pay for a subscription but not even that would work, TikTok requires you to use your Apple Pay (coming from an iPhone) to do so , not sure how Android operates but just sharing my experience with you.
