Block Facebook and meta and instagram. Fixes this a lot

You can block certain hashtags. It may be worth looking into. Right now, sadly this is gonna be coming up a lot because of the apple cider vinegar show that just came out. It has a girl who pretended to have a serious illness so the algorithm will be showing people who actually have it bc of keywords.

The way I’ve worked it out is don’t interact with it at all just scroll past. Don’t hit don’t like or don’t show don’t look at the comments don’t do anything but scroll past it. It will eventually stop showing you those things. Start searching for things you want to see and follow and like those interact with the videos you are happy to see

Thank you because I feel insensitive as fuck for saying this, but I really wish I didn't have to see the lives of horribly disfigured people popping up. It's so disturbing to be quite honest

I know this is ridiculous but I wish facial recognition feature could be used to allow me to block content of certain celebrities like memes with actors that trigger me etc

just start clicking ‘not interested’ whenever you see them, they should eventually stop
