Is anybody else having this problem?

I just got age restricted & when I tried to submit id verification that they asked for, they said that 1. I was “under the minimum age of 16” & 2. That “my selfie & id didn’t match”

This is so ridiculously infuriating. I am an 18 y/o adult & yet I’m having this issue
