Missing about $200 from my payout

A few weeks ago I had a video that made me approximately $200 get disqualified from the Creator fund, but I sent an appeal and it was approved overnight, and said the balance would be updated. However, it kept saying in my balance that the $200 I made from that video was missing but it said it was there everywhere else. I just got paid and sure enough, it's only $75 and the $200 ftom that one video isn't there. I'm sure this is a shot in the dark, but How do I get that $200 back? Is there someone I can speak to about it or do I have to potentially wait until next month to get it, since this was around the time that payments were processing?
