..has tiktok been bought by meta facebook??

One of the main reasons why I'm asking other than what people were saying about meta being on tiktok now. Recently in the past month every other comment, with no curse words or anything offensive is constantly being flagged! One thing i observed about Facebook is their annoying flagging system. They'll allow racist or hateful bigots create posts and comments. Even seems as if they'll promote the posts even. But any comment that's a reaction against those posts are automatically flagged. Say the word "hell" Flagged.
