Do you get paid for videos shorter than 1 minute?
Hey TikTok friends! My account only gets paid for videos over one minute which seems crazy on a platform where short form is what it’s call about? Is this just always the case or what happened?

Yes that’s correct for the creator fund. It says it in the terms and conditions, only videos longer than a minute pay you. There are other ways to monetize shorter videos like doing the Work Woth Artists, where you use certain audios and get paid for a certain amount of views. Also the different hashtag contests they hold occasionally, you can find those under the activities tab in TikTok studio tab.
