What can I do!

So over the weekend I was taken off tik tok live for "alcohol and drugs" when me and my friends were not even drinking or anything but I was then given a strike on my account, I'm trying to get onto to tik tok shop and now my account doesn't meet community guidelines and I have no option to appeal anything. Is there another way to get my account able to meet community guidelines again
