Overtime (@overtime) has reposted my friend's post without consent - is this legal?

Long story short the company Overtime has stolen content from my friend's page and reposted it to their page without expressed written permission - they just tagged her in the bottom of the description which is barely visible

Isn't this illegal and what is the recourse for going after this company??

Your friend can report the video as copyright infringement depending on the type of video it is (is it a video of your friend? Is it an edit? Is it their pet? Etc) but they can try to submit a claim, if TikTok takes their side they’ll remove the video from that account as well as give them a strike on their account
