Streak Pet issues (see below for information)

I understand this isn’t going to be of the biggest concern to you but i’d like to raise the issue regardless, my friend and I currently have a 103 day streak of sending TikToks to each other and therefore have grown quite attached to our Streak Pet. All of a sudden out of nowhere the Streak Pet just vanished from her end of things and she’s quite disappointed and upset, the pet is still there for me and the streak is still active though, i’m just wondering if this is a known issue or if there’s anyway to resolve this?
