I made a new account on PC, and now I can't do anything?

I never used tik tok before. I have a preinstalled app on my phone, but never used it.

Today I opened a new account on a PC and uploaded a video. Then I wanted to set up a two factor identification. However in order to set that up, I need to do it on the app.

Then I went to the app. I put the username and the password, but it tells me that the credentials are wrong. They're not. On a PC account, I can't even change the password. What's the point of creating an account on a PC when you can do bloody nothing there? What are my options? I guess I can delete the account that I made
