Can I stitch someone else's video with a prerecorded video of my own?

I am working on a brand collaboration and they keep telling me I need to stitch another creator's video with a prerecorded video that I have already submited to them. I have tried every possible method in the world and cannot find out how to stitch his video with one that I have already in my camera roll. Is this possible and if so please tell me how.
