I think it's the difference between do you not want to see the content specifically, or the person doing the content.

Maybe I like cooking lives, but I don't want to see Sharon's cooking lives because I don't like her. In this case, I would say I'm not interested in this creator so my algorithm shows me cooking lives, just none with her.

If I didn't want to see cooking lives in general, I'd say "Not interested in this live" and it will cue the algorithm to show me less cooking.
