How many of yall fat finger the refresh on a video you were trying to watch and losing it forever, if TikTok would have a feature to save any video you watched and the place you were at in the video, but like have every video save where you were watching it the last time it was open. Anyways these were just some thoughts I had to make the app less aggravating!
If you scroll up after accidentally refreshing, it will take you back to the video you were watching.

You can just search for . (Period) in the search bar and it will bring up your watch history
You're just describing a watch History. It sounds to me like you want tiktok to implement a watch History feature. And it sounds like you're describing the YouTube's watch History feature. Because that's exactly how it functions. I'm not against the idea, but I doubt too many people would really use that feature. I would be surprised if anybody even knows it exist.
Cuz for all we know, this feature probably already exists. But nobody ever found it from messing around with their settings. Heck, tick tock updated the system to where you can upload one hour videos now. Nobody even mentions that feature let alone talks about it or actually uploads videos longer than 10 minutes. And they made that change back in 2024. Early 2024. Probably sooner than that, but that's when I found out about it
