account with 223k ONLY gets me 300-400 views on average

hi:) so I created this account back in 2022, and I used to post actively for about 2 years, then I started being more inconsistent but little consistency still gave me satisfactory results with views (it was logical). I was on and off with it, still, I made it work. now, no matter how hard I try, at best I get 1200 views. the content is the same, I never changed what I post on my channel but w no avail. I have tried posting every 1 hour, every two hours but i'm frozen.

do you guys suggest I make a new account or try to push on this one? thanks in advance:)
