shop refund
hey i bought something on february first but it still hasnt arrived and has no shipping tracking available, how can i get a refund when it says i have to wait a year? or is it still in transit? im pretty sure somethings up

Did you reach out to the seller or TikTok shop support? If not I would take this info to your bank and do a charge back.

You can also chat with them. There a little headphone thing up at the top. I had this same issue. Eventually if an item isn’t delivered by a certain time frame you will get refund though. But there’s lots of shipping delays cause of what’s been going on. Most TikTok shops have had to change shipping providers too.
