Account deleted suddenly

Hey guys I’m having a huge problem lol. When I got home from work, my TikTok account logged me out and when I tried to login it was gone. I’ve tried to contact support but I keep getting the notification that “plat docking is not enabled”. I didn’t violate any guidelines so I’m so confused how can I check if it was hacked or how can I contact support cause on their website it won’t let me submit a report and on their app, the slider to prove I’m human is broken. I’ll slide it and it’ll accept it but keep showing a new one. So weird
