Do LIVE comments "Violations" impact my reach and engagement in any way ?

So i was at some guy's stream where he's rapping people's comments, i wrote "dude ure insane" as a compliment and it got flagged, then wrote "whale" just for him to rap it since it rhymes with his lyrics, got also flagged, i appealed but i dont think they will even approve, my question is , does this impact my engagement in any shape or form ? Will my views decrease over this ? I heard that multiple violations ruins your own algorithm but idk.
