Strange text while putting the like on the video

So, something strange is happening when I'm on TikTok. When I'm putting a like on a video, the screen gets darker for a bare second and some text is appearing on top. It happens so quickly and randomly, I can even read it. It starts with "Don't" and that's all I managed to remember so far. It happens something like once per day on random and started like a couple weeks ago. Anyone noticed something like this on their side?
