Is the homeika vacuum actually worth it?

I'm moving in April and I need a cheap light weight, easy to store vacuum that is good for dog hair on carpets and hardwood & preferably chordless... it's currently the cheapest I've seen it & wondering if it's worth it or does anyone have suggestions?
