TikTok counts phantom subscribers?

So I get around 2-3 subscribers per hour, which I can see, but TikTok somehow counts 100 subscribers.

For your understanding: I had 77500 subscribers an hour ago, and now have 77600. But in notifications I see only 3 people. Has anyone met this issue?
