Gifting 100 roses at once (combo)?

I heard on Android, you can hold a gift and easily gift 100 of them at once. When I hold it, nothing happens. I still have to tap tap on it to combo. What am I doing wrong? I have a Galaxy Tab S9 with fully updated OS and Tik Tok app.
