Couldn't add flash sale product to LIVE error - says not approved and rejected by seller even though I was accepted.

How do you fix the problem where you go to add the flash sale item to your live but it says not approved, and that I've been rejected, even though I got accepted and given a time duration that hasn't even ended? This has been happening every day and is getting super frustrating! They usually fix it when I message the shop about it, (has happened with multiple shops) but they take forever to respond and it's not convenient or consistent at all.
