Anyone else’s post descriptions show up in a bubble with your profile pick and scroll?

Since day one, I got on right BEFORE the ban, my post descriptions show up on my posts in a “bubble” with my profile pic and scrolls up and so do other peoples comments or likes of the post?!?! What is this?

No one else’s looks like this? And so no one can read what the post is actually about?!? Why won’t it stay static? And look like an actual description and not like a comment bubble?!!? TIA
