Smh. Tiktok why is this a violation and not the comment i responded to?

I commented this in reply to a comment under a video stating “im glad you couldnt get the diapers” so i responded with this. The context of the video was about a mom being denied for exchanging unopened diapers at Walmart so she could get the right size for her baby. After loading up her newborn baby and the boxes of diapers twice and having a conversation with management about it on the phone and confirming it with them and being told to come in so they can do the exchange and then being denied, she has the right to be upset. She is a mom trying to keep her baby clean and someone is glad she got denied the exchange? Thats weird behavior.
